Power Armor Pneumatic Exoskeleton

This summer I worked on developing a pneumatic exo-skeleton. The project advanced my ability to:
- Develop custom pneumatic systems
- CAD Complex Systems
- Rapid Prototype designs w/ various methods
- Test complex & composite materials
- Integrate Arduinos and PLCs to mechanical systems
- Understand PLC Software
- Manufacture and finish metal/sheetwork designs
At the end of the summer, the system could attach to a human and lift over 2000 lbs.
Deadpool's Wolverine Claws: Automatic Rapidly Deploying Claws

In between my work hours, I developed a gauntlet that rapid deployed Wolverine Claws using pneumatics. The project advanced my ability to:
- Rapid prototype complex mechanical systems
- Understand knowledge of materials (plastics and metals)
- Develop custom pneumatic systems
Inspired by the new Deadpool and Wolverine Movie, I built to show my boss, The Hacksmith aka James Hobson, as he was one of the first people to create Wolverine Claws on YouTube.
War Machine Turret: Gyroscopically Mapped, Shoulder Mounted Gun

On the weekends, I put together a shoulder mounted turret meant to emulate the one that War Machine deploys in the Iron Man movies. This project enhanced my ability to:
- Integrate gyroscopic sensing modules into Arduino controllers
- Precisely interface sensing modules with actuators
- Write Arduino/PLC software to integrate with mechanical design
Using an MPU6050 Gyroscope module, a custom pan-tilt servo system, and an arduino, I created a gauntlet that aimed the shoulder based on wrist movement.
